Powweb was founded in 1999 and has one of the first hosting providers in “low cost” web hosting.

One major characteristic of Powweb today is that they have built and maintain their own infrastructure and operations software. They do not rely on third party software integration like many others do.

I build websites for a living.
I’ve been using Powweb for several years.

They give a lot of features for a good price.
Support has always been good in the past, but recently has taken a dive.

That “update” their mail servers and email went down one day. I think it would be an update of something that is planned so notice should be sent. But was not sent the email and customers was not delivered.
Ok, not a good practice. I was not informed until my client when asked why they do not receive your email and I contacted Bluehost and held that it could give an answer to my client.
I contacted them again to clarify and not get any response.
Having to deal with the problems I always try to be polite and to the point when it comes to any tech support.

I have to be proactive in securing my current and future customers happiness. So I think I will find a different hosting solution.

I am here just to help other designers do not publish libel blue host. But I think for about the same money there are more professional hosting companies out there.
