just wish to say that ImHosted is indeed useless, I’ve been with them 10 months and there got at least two major down times (more than 2 days), countless less down times and none existence support team. I hope someone informed me the earlier to avoid ImHosted,
They also argue who I can make charge request if they failed to meet the 99.998% up time properties promised, but when I actually make the claim, they don’t even bother to reply my emails.
