I host about 12 sites on blue host for 1.5 year.
The features are good, fantastico script is really great.
Sometimes I feel that the sites are little bit slowly. But what can you expect for 7 buks for multiple domain hosting
I had only one down time, but it was for almost 4 hours.
Support response was that there was hardware problem on my box.
But except that problem , everything is good.

I work with bluhost for a few years now and I have to tell that the most impotent think is the up time.
For a few years that I’m using the bluhost web hosting I don’ have down time at all.
Like Gil K say, from time to time the sites are slow, but this can be a lot of things.
If I have to chose hosting provider again, I’ll definitely chose the BLUHOST!

I rarely review companies or services ,but I have been using Bluehost for several years now and I love their service.
Their customer support is one of the best in the industry. Their hosting features are always improving. And their president even regularly updates a blog to show you companys roadmap. The price is very competitive and unless something really bad happens in the near future, I will be sticking with Bluehost
